1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after advance or full payment.
- Prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellation is allowed. All payments are strictly non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling permitted only if informed 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduled bookings must be used within 30 days of the original date.
4. Service Delivery
Orange TV & Studio will deliver services as per the agreed package. Additional requirements beyond the package will be charged separately.
5. Content Ownership & Usage
We reserve the right to use recorded media for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
Note: Clients are responsible for securing all rights/licenses related to their content.
6. Client Responsibilities
Arrive on time for your slot. Delays by the client may reduce shoot time without compensation.
7. Equipment & Studio Safety
Any damage caused to studio equipment or property by the client will be chargeable at full repair/replacement cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for technical issues, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
